Angus Hughes has been involved in the Texas real estate market since 1994.  Mr. Hughes utilizes his local tenant representation experience and his national and international experience in corporate real estate consulting to develop new, and maintain and strengthen current, client accounts.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Hughes has completed almost 700 transactions valued over $2.0 billion, including many major corporate headquarters relocations and renewals. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1997, Mr. Hughes lived in Austin, Texas for nine years, where he worked with a regional real estate firm. Mr. Hughes was responsible for acquiring land developments, leasing company-owned and independent buildings and completing tenant representation assignments.
