Anne Rosenau

Anne N. Rosenau joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1987, and has since focused her efforts on advising clients with a variety of real estate transactions, including landlord and tenant representations, space dispositions, renewals, relocations, facility purchase or consulting on a build-to-suit. She has also been involved in a significant number of telco-related leases. Ms. Rosenau has been involved in more than 12 million sf of real estate transactions.

Throughout her real estate career, Ms. Rosenau has been named as one of the top ten brokers in Northern Virginia. In 2005 she was named #7 and in 2007 she was named #6 and in 2008 #4 in Virginia by GWCAR.
