Aric Starck is Executive Vice Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group and leads the most active brokerage team in San Diego County, a top nationally ranking team. With 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Aric is recognized as one of the most respected and top brokers in the area, having been involved in many of San Diego’s highest-profile and largest investment sales. His robust performance ranks him as a multi-year C&W Top Producer. He is also regularly featured in many news publications for both his notable transactional performances as well as for delivering local market expertise.

Aric serves on the NAIOP Board of Directors, is a member of the University of San Diego (USD) Real Estate Alumni Association, and Urban Land Institute. He is also a donor/sponsor to the Boys and Girls Club of San Diego. Aric has also established close working relationships with the San Diego North County cities of Carlsbad, Vista and San Marcos in helping to promote and expand local businesses there.
