About
Ashley brings a fully rounded skill set to PDS with deep experience in all facets of the Real Estate Lifecycle. Her background in architectural design, is complimented with 17 years of industry experience. Further, her experience in portfolio management is supported by robust pre- construction experience which allows her to understand the challenges faced by our clients, and to quickly identify the best path forward through the toughest project constraints.
Ashley’s role as the leader of the PDS practice focuses on investors and building owners, which allows her to combine her strengths in detailed construction management and administration, with her the ability to see "big picture" for building owners needing to balance their occupancy goals with budget constraints and ever-changing market conditions.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ashley spent 8 years on the investor/client-side at Berkeley Advisors provided her experience in running the CAPEX program during due diligence, acquisition, operation, and disposition. Her prior tenure at major industry firms such as Cumming Group and Vanir Construction provides a depth of construction knowledge. Additionally, her roles in the Planning and Building Department of the County of San Luis Obispo have built a strong foundation of operational excellence, process, and project controls.
