Ashley Williams is an associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial Services Group, helping her clients with identifying their immediate and long term needs with a consultative approach to understanding their business growth strategies. Her expertise helps create value for industrial occupiers and investors. Ms. Williams is part of a team including John Wilkinson and Greg Dickerson. Together, they assist clients that have a multi-market presence and portfolio services needs.  

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Williams was with United Consulting as a sales associate where she focused on business development.  

Her passion for real estate development, sustainability and affordable housing makes her an asset to Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial tenant representation team. Ashley recently obtained her 200-hour yoga certification. She enjoys world travel, philanthropy and is a member of many volunteer organizations.
