Barinna Poon joined NAI ChaneyBrooks (now Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks) in 2005. Ms. Poon developed her successful brokerage practice on four principles: integrity, client service, collaboration, and results. In her current role as Director of Investment and Leasing for China, she is responsible for developing cross border businesses throughout China. Throughout her 21 years in commercial real estate, Barinna has been involved in the sale of multiple property types, both in Hawaii and China, including investment, hospitality, multifamily, and land project developments. Ms. Poon’s experience also extends to both individual and corporate clients in urban retail, restaurant, hospitality, mixed-use, shopping center and office. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ms. Poon is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
