About

Barry Fabyan started at Cushman & Wakefield in July 2026 as Executive Director in the Carolinas. He focuses on landlord representation and is responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office business across all service lines. He also works to grow the firm’s brand presence, cultivate talent to meet the market’s needs, and expand occupier services across North and South Carolina. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Barry served as Co-Managing Director at Stream Realty Partners and had joined Stream from JLL, where he spent eight years as a Senior Managing Director.

He began his career in commercial real estate at The Bissell Companies, where he ascended to Head of Office Leasing over 18 years there. Barry has been part of more than $2.5 billion of lease transactions in the Carolinas. Prior to CRE, Barry was a professional golfer and three-time All-American at Wake Forest.
