About
Part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Diplomatic & Consular Group, Ben exclusively advises tenants and occupiers—never landlords—serving as a trusted advocate for organizations navigating highly complex real estate needs. He brings a deep understanding of the unique sensitivities involved in government, diplomatic, and mission-driven assignments, combining discretion, international awareness, and strategic insight to deliver successful outcomes.
Ben guides clients through the full lifecycle of a real estate mandate: from developing actionable strategies and evaluating opportunities, to building consensus among stakeholders, creating leverage in negotiations, and securing optimal terms. Beyond the transaction, he ensures seamless execution—aligning timelines, coordinating move-in milestones, and keeping all parties informed every step of the way.
He began his career at Savills in New York City, where he built a foundation in occupier representation and established his client-first approach. Today, he is recognized as one of New York City’s leading tenant advocates and was recently honored on Commercial Observer’s 30 Under 30 list of top real estate professionals.
