Bill French specializes in retail site selection, leasing, shopping center sales, disposition and development. Bill has completed more than 250 transactions in the last four years, developed and redeveloped multiple freestanding properties representing more than $70 million in value and
successfully completed more than 3,500 career transactions.

• Super Kmart, Evansville, IN sale and redevelopment of former 177,000-SF store on 20.75 acres
• Goodwill Industries: Assisted in opening more than 65 retail stores in central and southern Indiana
• Castleton Crossing sale of 280,000-SF, 100% occupied shopping center to Kite Realty Group
