As a Senior Managing Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services (GOS) team, Bill specializes in developing and implementing enterprise & capital solutions for leading organizations around the world. He partners with corporate leadership teams and subject matter experts to unlock operational and financial value that enhance long‑term enterprise performance. His work advances core corporate priorities such as portfolio optimization, cost and capital efficiency, operational continuity, and risk management.

Previously, Bill led the JPMorgan Chase account for GOS, overseeing a large, multidisciplinary team and delivering transaction management, lease administration, and workplace design services across the firm’s global real estate portfolio. During his five-year tenure, the team expanded significantly and supported major initiatives across a 70M+ square-foot footprint. Under his leadership, the account delivered meaningful financial and operational outcomes, including $300M of asset sales and year-over-year rental savings that contributed to JPMorgan’s broader real estate strategy.

With more than 20 years in corporate real estate, Bill has held leadership roles in Account Management, Enterprise & Capital Solutions, and Portfolio & Transaction Management—providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate lifecycle. Bill has partnered with Fortune 500 companies in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, Technology, Energy, Healthcare, and Consumer Products, developing strategies that align real estate portfolios with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver measurable results.
