About

As Senior Managing Director of Enterprise Solutions, Bill spearheads the development of multi-year, multi-geography client relationships across all service lines. As a leader within our Global Occupier Services platform, he partners with C-suite executives and heads of real estate to craft solutions tailored to each client’s unique requirements and culture. Bill drives growth through industry engagement, strategic pursuits, and oversight of complex RFI/RFP responses—coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, integrated real estate strategies.

Previously, Bill led our JPMorgan Chase account for five years, managing a team of 70+ professionals and delivering Transaction Management, Lease Administration, and Workplace Design services across a 72M square foot global real estate portfolio. Under his leadership, the account expanded from one to three service lines, grew from 12 to 75 professionals, and increased annual revenue from $2M to $12M. His team delivered exceptional results, including an average KPI score of 4.7/5.0, $280M+ in property sales, and $120M+ in annual rental savings.

With more than 20 years in corporate real estate, Bill has held leadership roles in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Solution Development, and Portfolio and Transaction Management—providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate lifecycle. His experience spans global markets, including two years in Singapore supporting clients across Asia Pacific. Bill has partnered with Fortune 500 companies in Financial Services, Technology, Energy, Healthcare, and Consumer Products, developing strategies that align real estate portfolios with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver measurable results.
