Bill is the Account Director for a Fortune 25 client within Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services business. He has overall responsibility for client relationship management, team leadership & coaching, service delivery & operations, financial management, and governance. Bill is also responsible for driving innovation, incorporating best practices, and promoting diversity across the account. 

Prior to his current role, Bill led the development of corporate real estate outsourcing solutions for Fortune 2000 clients and prospects. He specialized in designing integrated portfolio & transaction management solutions that help companies align their occupied real estate portfolios with their overall business objectives. This includes increasing flexibility, reducing risk, and generating savings across both leased and owned real estate portfolios. Bill has developed solutions for over 750 million square feet of real estate around the world. 

Throughout his corporate real estate career, Bill has held a variety of Account Management, Portfolio/Transaction Management, and Enterprise Sales/Solution Development roles. His geographic experience includes the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This includes 2 years of living and working in Singapore. Bill's industry experience includes Financial Services, Technology, Energy, Healthcare, and Consumer Products.
