Bill has senior-level responsibility for delivering leasing and marketing services to Cushman & Wakefield clients’ assets within the Houston metro area. He plays an active role in the day-to-day leasing and value-creation process and in developing and implementing marketing and leasing strategies on behalf of multiple institutional and private owners. Bill leverages his lease transactional, property management and financial background to deliver highly refined customized solutions to successfully achieve the investment goals of the owner.

Bill brings over 30 years of broad-based real estate experience. His focus is primarily on landlord representation, however, he is also highly experienced in tenant representation, property management, as well as advisory services for development, acquisition and disposition. Bill has coordinated and motivated skilled leasing, property and project management teams, while strategically integrating other third-party professionals to assist the team. He has brokered over 1,100 office lease transactions ranging from 3,000 sf to 153,000 sf. Bill has represented and negotiated lease transactions on behalf of prominent global real estate owners such as: American International Group (AIG), DWS Group (RREEF), Inland American, LaSalle Investment Management, Maersk Inc., the Prudential Insurance Company, and the Boeing Company.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2005, Bill served as Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. for 8 years, where he provided agency leasing services, property and project management services for institutional and private property owners. He also advised and represented clients through property acquisition, disposition, ground-up development, asset redevelopment and condemnation. Prior to JLL, he performed property and project management services at Premisys Real Estate Services a division of the Prudential Insurance Company.
