With a strong background in industrial brokerage and development, Bob brings extensive experience in sourcing and executing off-market industrial and land opportunities across multiple markets. His expertise spans acquisitions, entitlements, rezoning, and project execution — with a proven track record of identifying undervalued assets and navigating complex municipal processes to maximize long-term value.

Bob’s strategic approach combines deep knowledge of land use, zoning, and development potential with an entrepreneurial mindset that drives results for clients, investors, and development partners alike. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bob co-founded Blackfoot Properties, where he led the acquisition and entitlement of more than 150 acres of new heavy industrial product in Northern Colorado.
