Bo Leffel specializes in the acquisition, disposition and development of land. Over the last 25 years, Bo has developed and/or brokered the sale of thousands of acres of land for residential and commercial uses throughout the State of Indiana. Because of his exclusive focus on land, Bo has distinguished himself by obtaining knowledge of all the various aspects of land sales, including zoning and entitlement, physical development, and numerous types of sales transactions. Assignments

• Represented IEDC in the assemblage of approximately 10,000 acres in Boone County for the LEAP Innovation District.
• Assembled approximately 600 acres for Eli Lilly's $18 billion manufacturing plant in Lebanon, Indiana.
• Sold approximately 38 acres at 111th Street and Pennsylvania Street in Carmel, Indiana, for a mixed-use development.
• Represented Hulman and Company/Anton Hulman Trust in the disposition of 937 acres in Terre Haute, Indiana.
• Represented Maefield Development in the disposition of 87 acres at 156th Street and Hazel Dell Road in Westfield, Indiana, to Pulte.
• Represented Duke Realty in the disposition of land in Anson for numerous hotels, apartments, a gas station, self-storage, and 45 acres for a retail shopping center.
• Represented Pulte Homes in the acquisition of 105 acres in Whitestown, Indiana.
• Sold 339 acres in Lafayette, Indiana, for industrial development.
