After 12 years in industrial sales, Brad Moffatt joined Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2003 with a focus on industrial real estate brokerage and leasing.  He currently serves as a Vice President in the firm’s Industrial division. Additionally, Brad leads a team that is responsible for leasing the company’s industrial portfolio, which totals approximately 5.1 million square feet of bulk distribution, office/warehouse and flex space in the Birmingham metropolitan area.

During his 15 years with Cushman & Wakefield / EGS, Brad has completed over 1,000 brokerage, leasing and renewal transactions, and has represented industrial tenants in multiple markets, completing over 90 transactions in 60 markets throughout the United States.

Brad holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Alabama as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.  He currently serves as President for the LA/MS/AL/NWFL Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
