After 12 years in industrial sales, Brad Moffatt joined Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2003 with a focus on industrial real estate brokerage and leasing. He currently serves as an Executive Vice President in the firm’s Industrial Services division. Brad has over 23 years of agency leasing experience in the Birmingham and Huntsville metropolitan areas serving regional and institutional landlords with assets ranging from 100,000 to 1,500,000 square feet. 

During his career with Cushman & Wakefield / EGS, Brad has completed over 1,500 brokerage, leasing and renewal transactions involving bulk distribution, office warehouse and flex properties. Additionally, Brad has represented industrial tenants in multiple markets, completing over 160 transactions in 85 markets throughout the United States.

Brad holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Alabama as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University. He has earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation, where he has served as a Regional Director of the South Region (2020, 2021, 2022) and President of the LA/MS/AL/NWFL Chapter (2018, 2019). In addition to his professional affiliations with CREDA (formerly NAIOP) and Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas Industrial Forum and Cushman & Wakefield's SE Agency Leasing Practice Group, Brad is an active member of the Monday Morning Quarterback Club of Birmingham.
