As a Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Advisory Group, Brad is responsible for advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily throughout the region. Brad sold over $500 million of multifamily properties throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Western Michigan, and Northern Indiana. Mr. Smith has a diverse background working in finance, technology sales, and real estate investment.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brad was a Director at Walker & Dunlop where he was responsible for the marketing and sales of multifamily assets in Chicago and throughout the Midwest.
