Brandon Bardowsky brings a broad range of skills including project and facilities management, as well as large capital program management to Cushman & Wakefield of Florida’s Project & Development Services group. Brandon has worked in the healthcare, industrial and themed entertainment industries through his 19-year career in managing capital projects. He has managed large diverse teams and capital projects and programs ranging from $150M to $700M including three greenfield hospital sites and 100-acre developments.  He is exceptionally skilled in setting up complex teams, programs and validating complex scope management of increasing size and scale through his career. 

Large scale developments Brandon has managed include: 

• Inspira Health, New Jersey- $700M program including the development of a $500M, 600,000 SF hospital development on a 100-acre parcel.  Responsibilities: program & budget validation, RFP and team selections, project controls strategy & development, community outreach representative for the hospital as VP- Facilities, Design & Construction.  
• Martin Health System, Florida- $200M program including the development of a new hospital development on a 30-acre parcel.  Responsibilities: program & budget validation, RFP and team selections, project controls strategy & development, community outreach representative for the hospital as Director of Facilities. 
• CoxHealth, Missouri- $240M program including the development of campus expansion plans for a 1000 bed regional healthcare facility.
