BreeAnna (Bree) Wells is a Senior Associate alongside her business partners on the Cushman & Wakefield Boise Office Team. Bree represents both tenants and landlords across the state of Idaho with her primary focus and specialty being office properties.

Prior to getting her real estate license in 2018, Bree was a Brokerage Administrator for three years for Cushman & Wakefield and was promoted to Branch Operations Coordinator. During that time, Bree provided support to brokers in the sale and lease of commercial real estate properties in the Boise area, and truly gained a strong knowledge of the industry that ultimately made her transition into being a broker, successful.

Bree graduated from the University of Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Criminology, with minors in Psychology and Justice Policy Issues. After completing her undergraduate degree, Bree continued her education at Northwest Nazarene University where she completed her Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
