Brent Masica is in his 19th year as a member of the Minnesota Industrial Team. Brent works with Jon Yanta, Jason Meyer, Kris Smeltzer, Hudson Brothen, Danny McNamara and Jake Kelly, focusing primarily on the northwest and northeast suburbs. He specializes in both tenant and landlord representation and uses his in-depth market knowledge to help clients throughout the transaction process. In addition, Brent and his team have set themselves apart as it relates to selling ‘user’ buildings, closing on an average of nearly 30 per year.

Brent uses his excellent communication skills and strong work ethic to build trust and long-term relationships. To this day, he spends much of his time cold calling to help fill his clients' buildings and dig up new business.

Brent is married with two children. When not coaching youth sports, he enjoys working out, traveling, and playing golf.
