Brett is a Senior Project Manager with Cushman & Wakefield’s Project and Development Services team. With extensive expertise in building design and construction, he has been successfully leading projects from initial concept and budgeting through funding approval, design, and execution since 2016. Brett excels at understanding clients’ unique needs and developing tailored plans and teams to deliver optimal solutions. His experience spans working with general contractors, homebuilders, and commercial real estate firms, serving clients across diverse industries such as life sciences, office, industrial, and retail. 

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brett was a Project Manager at Foundry Commercial. Originally from Pittsburgh, he relocated to Raleigh in 2016 for a leadership role with The Preiss Company.
