About

Brian is a Project Development and Service Senior Project Manager for the Cincinnati regional office. He comes to Cushman and Wakefield with over twenty years of experience in large complex construction projects. He has a wide range of construction experience from working with industrial clients such as MAHLE Engine Components and Yamaha Jet Boat to medical clients such as Ortho Tennessee and Covenant Health. He provides a range of services such as project programming and planning, estimating, contractor negotiation, finance and debt management
review, construction management, contract administration, and post-construction services.

Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield Brian was a Senior Construction Manager for the University of Cincinnati. He served as the contracting authority and owners’ representative for the university, a user of over $175M+ of construction per annum.
