About

Brian Monaghan is a Vice Chair with Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Brokerage Services group. Mr. Monaghan leverages his development and real estate consulting background to advise clients on leases, build-to-suits, land opportunities and disposition transactions. His industry experience includes: industrial, manufacturing, life sciences, automotive, data centers, law firms, and technology. He has advised clients on headquarters and mission critical industrial facilities totaling over $1 billion of investment. Mr. Monaghan has more than 17 years of real estate deal analytics experience. Prior to joining the industrial services team, he was a consultant in Cushman & Wakefield’s Financial Analytics & Advisory Practice.

Mr. Monaghan spent six years with Duke Realty, where he provided daily financial analysis support for their Southeast region, which included office and industrial properties totaling approximately 20 million square feet. He was responsible for underwriting several large office and industrial build-to-suit transactions with total development values in excess of $250 million. Mr. Monaghan also provided comprehensive financial analysis for portfolio and single-building acquisitions and dispositions, as well as land purchases and sales.
