About

Brian Pinch joined Cushman and Wakefield in October 2025 as Vice Chair in the Industrial Brokerage Group and a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Advisory Group (IAG). Throughout his career, Mr. Pinch has executed over 100 million square feet of industrial transactions and specializes in industrial sales and leasing across Greater Boston and New England.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brian spent 8 years at Newmark as an Executive Managing Director based in firm’s Boston office and 5 years at JLL. He has been recognized as a top producer both locally and nationally within both firms throughout his tenure.

Education

Pinch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College.
