Mr. Royce has been active in the appraisal of real estate since 2001. From October 2001 to May 2002, he was employed as an intern at Cushman & Wakefield, Valuation & Advisory. From July 2002 to March 2004, Mr. Royce served as a Staff Appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield, Valuation & Advisory.

Appraisal experience includes an internship with Cushman & Wakefield. Past appraisal assignments have included the valuation of commercial real estate in Washington, D.C., Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Kentucky. The types of properties appraised include office buildings, shopping centers, apartment complexes, industrial buildings, automotive dealerships, and special purpose properties. Mr. Royce is a member of the Valuation & Advisory Multifamily, Industrial and Office Group Practices.
