Brian specializes in the leasing and institutional sales of Class A office and life science facilities across San Diego County. He also brings multi-market experience, representing companies on their facility needs throughout the United States. In addition, Brian leads the Cushman & Wakefield Global Life Sciences Practice Group.
He possesses deep market knowledge of building inventory, tenant demand, venture capital activity, M&A, and IPO trends, along with extensive experience in ground-up construction and redevelopment.
Brian is regarded as one of the top brokers at Cushman & Wakefield, representing leading national and institutional companies. He has completed transactions on San Diego’s most significant and complex life science developments, including Novartis BTS (466,000 SF) Bristol Myers Squibb BTS (427,000 RSF), Altos Labs BTS (309,000 SF), Pfizer BTS (230,000 SF), Singular Genomics BTS (205,000 SF), Vertex Pharmaceuticals BTS (170,000 SF), Takeda Pharmaceuticals BTS (172,000 SF), Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals BTS (144,000 SF), and Bayer Pharmaceuticals (127,000 SF). He has also advised on major technology transactions for Apple, Amazon, Google, and Meta.
As a result, Brian brings a wealth of transaction experience to his clients, with more than $10.8 billion in total transaction volume.
