Brian also has multi-market experience representing companies on their facility needs across the United States. Additionally, Brian leads the C&W Global life science practice group. He has detailed market knowledge regarding building inventory, tenant demand, venture capital, M&A, IPO activity as well as extensive experience with ground up construction and redevelopment.
Brian is regarded as one of the top brokers at Cushman & Wakefield as he represents leading National and Institutional companies. Brian has transacted on San Diego’s most significant and complex life science developments which include: Novartis BTS (466,000 SF) Bristol Myer Squibb BTS (427,000 RSF), Altos Labs BTS (309,000 RSF), Pfizer BTS (230,000 RSF), Singular Genomics BTS (205,000 RSF), Vertex Pharmaceuticals BTS (170,000 RSF), Takeda Pharmaceuticals BTS (163,000 RSF), Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals BTS (144,000 RSF) and Bayer Pharmaceuticals (127,000 RSF). He has also worked on large Technology transactions with Apple, Amazon, Google and Meta. As a result, he brings a wealth of transaction experience to his clients with over 9.8 billion dollars in transaction volume.
