Brice Larson began his career in 2017 as an industrial broker in the Inland Empire focusing on agency leasing and occupier representation and is a Senior Director with C&W’s “big box” team. He specializes in a full range of brokerage services, including tenant representation, landlord/seller representation, site selection for development, and investment property acquisitions/dispositions throughout the Inland Empire Industrial markets and across the nation.

In Brice’s career, he has assisted institutional and private owners to yield positive results in both lease and sale negotiations. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brice worked for Colliers as a broker spearheading business development for their Inland Empire Industrial team.
