About
Bryce has joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer as an Associate in the firm's Virginia Beach office, specializing in commercial Retail Services. In this role, he focuses on retail sales, leasing, tenant representation, and retail development throughout Hampton Roads. He adds value through his strategic and detail-oriented approach and will be intricately involved in working with national and regional retail clients and tenants throughout the region.
Prior to joining Thalhimer, Bryce interned at JLL, where he gained hands-on experience in commercial real estate research, market analysis, and client support — building a foundation in the deal-making process that he now brings to his work in retail services.
Bryce attended William & Mary, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Cum Laude.
