Caitlin is a Director with Cushman with more than 14 years of commercial real estate expertise, focusing on office agency leasing across the Denver Metro. With a creative and tailored approach, she increases the value of her client’s assets - delivering strong financial returns with customized leasing strategies. By combining a systems-oriented mindset with a deep understanding of market trends, she ensures that every leasing decision drives success for clients and aligns with long and short-term goals.  

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield Caitlin was Vice President at Avison Young’s Denver office, spearheading their office agency team and overseeing the agency portfolio. Caitlin began her career at Colliers International and PGRE in South Florida, where her team completed more than 1.5 million square feet of office transactions. With a proven track record in negotiating and executing successful transactions, Caitlin is committed to delivering exceptional results that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
