Caity is a Sr. Transaction Manager on Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Corporate Services team. In her role, Caity partners directly with corporations to deliver value through real estate portfolio optimization, location strategy, and lease transactions.

Caity re-joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Corporate Services team in 2023. Prior to that, she worked with a real estate developer in Raleigh, NC where she was responsible for the leasing a 1.5M SF portfolio of office and mixed-use assets. Prior to her time in Raleigh, Caity began her career with C&W (formerly DTZ) as a Transaction Manager on the Global Corporate Services team.
