Carmen Thompson began her commercial real estate career in 2004 with an Indianapolis-based and publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that focused on the development and ownership of high-quality community and neighborhood shopping centers. Her role focused on the ground-up development and construction of retail shopping centers across the country. Additionally, Carmen supported the QPAM division on local investments and national pension fund assignments.

In 2011 Carmen followed her entrepreneurial aspirations to launch Blueprint Marketing, a venture designed to develop small businesses through research, marketing and administrative support. An assignment with Blueprint Marketing led to an opportunity to return to commercial real estate, and in 2014 Carmen joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate Broker for Retail Services. As a member of this veteran team, Carmen specializes in landlord and tenant representation assignments. She utilizes her talents in research and marketing to assist in the completion of retail transactions throughout the state of Indiana.
