Caroline Bockhorn is an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc., Valuation & Advisory Group in Houston, Texas. Mrs. Bockhorn has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2022, she was a Valuation Associate at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services, a Valuation Analyst at ThoreenHale Commercial Real Estate Advisors, and worked in property management with Transwestern.

Mrs. Bockhorn has performed a variety of real estate valuation assignments including retail, multifamily, office, medical office, land, and specialty properties located across the country for Institutional clients. Additionally, she has assisted in various legal cases and ad valorem tax protests for large Class A office assets in Houston, Texas. She is a member of the Institutional Practice Group. Mrs. Bockhorn will receive her Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in 2022.
