Caroline Greene joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors as an Associate of Brokerage Coordination in 2016. In 2017 she took over the role of Accounting/HR Coordinator. Caroline’s responsibilities include commissions, supervising company A/P and A/R, managing licensing requirements for all brokers, assisting the Controller in all accounting functions, preparing commissions for payroll, and supervising all accounts receivable and payable. Caroline was previously living in Nashville providing counseling services to foster children and also briefly worked as an assistant to a financial planning firm in mid-2016.

During her role as Brokerage Administration at CW|CA, Caroline provided support for Business Services, Asset Services Leasing and Asset Services Property Management. As such, Caroline has already been cross-trained in Business and Asset Services, has mastered the accounting process for RTD submissions for brokerage, and has also trained in Client Services.

Caroline was born and raised in Memphis, graduating high school from Evangelical Christian School in 2010. She then went on to graduate from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2014 with a degree in Health and Human Sciences concentrating in child development and psychology. Caroline is a member at Independent Presbyterian Church.
