Carrie Boegeman is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with over 25 years of experience driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and client-focused delivery. As Managing Director, Project & Development Services (PDS), she leads regional initiatives to elevate service delivery, foster innovation, and ensure consistency across client portfolios.

Carrie originally joined Cushman & Wakefield in January 2022 as the Global PDS Transitions Lead, where she successfully led the transition of the Project Management service line for Bank of America—adding 160 PDS professionals and migrating 4,400 projects. She continues to actively support the Bank of America Project Management Team, ensuring consistent service delivery and alignment with client goals.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Carrie held leadership roles at CBRE, where she developed a diverse operational background and delivered innovative solutions to drive consistent project execution and cost savings. Her work emphasized data integrity, quality assurance, streamlined communication, and adherence to compliance standards. As a leader of the Project Management Center of Excellence, she focused on strategic sales, talent development, client care, and safety. Her 12+ years in account leadership, working with clients such as American Express, Ameriprise, and UnitedHealth Group, have equipped her with a deep understanding of client needs and solution development.
