Catharine Spangler is a member of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group focusing strictly on the disposition of and has focused on all disciplines of Investment Sales, with an expertise in financial analysis, underwriting and valuation of income producing commercial assets. Catharine responsible for coordinating the marketing of investment property sale assignments and spends a significant amount of her time working with lenders and servicers on valuing their commercial real estate owned portfolio.

Cathy is a native of Winchester, and relocated to Richmond in 2007 to pursue her MBA at Virginia Commonwealth University.
