Throughout his 30-year career in industrial real estate Chad has had the unique opportunity to be a top procuring broker and a Senior VP of Acquisitions for a large industrial REIT leading to over $1.5 Billion in closed transactions. During his 9 years with CenterPoint Properties, he acquired over $750 Million of industrial properties in Southeast Wisconsin, Los Angeles, Northern California, Seattle, and Houston. This experience provided Chad with a differentiated skill set when creating and executing strategies for his clients and allowed him to expand his expertise. In 2019 and 2020, Chad was named the CARW Deal of the Year Winner (Industrial Category) and recognized by the Milwaukee Business Journal as a Milwaukee Area Power Broker due to his impressive record of closed transactions. Chad was also a 4-year letter winner for the Wisconsin Badgers Football Team and a member of the 1992 & 2000 Americas Cup sailing teams (A3 & New York Yacht Club).
