About

Mr. Bleiler joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as a member of the Valuation & Advisory group at the San Diego office. In his current role as Senior Director, he undertakes a diverse range of responsibilities in the field of commercial real estate valuation and consulting. His extensive valuation experience spans a wide spectrum, encompassing business parks, industrial projects of varying scales, mixed-use residential developments, investment-grade office campuses, professional and medical offices, life science campuses, shopping centers, neighborhood retail properties, self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, country clubs, fitness centers, net leased assets, ground-leased properties, portfolio valuations, and leasehold interests. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Bleiler was a real estate broker at Gateway Financial Real Estate from 2014 to 2016, specializing in tenant representation throughout San Diego County. Prior to that, he held the position of associate attorney at The Bleiler Law Firm, APC, from 2008 to 2014, where his focus encompassed personal injury, employment litigation, and real estate law. 

Mr. Bleiler's passion for real estate dates back to his college years at San Diego State University, where he earned his degree in business administration with a major in real estate. Following his undergraduate studies, and after spending a few years in the legal field, he pursued further education at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, maintaining his dedication to the world of real estate. After successfully completing law school and passing the California bar exam, he spent over five years as an associate attorney before making the transition to specialize in commercial real estate valuation and brokerage. Over the course of his career, he has acquired extensive experience across various facets of the real estate industry.
