About

Chris Bourgeois is a Senior Director of Capital Markets Strategy at Cushman & Wakefield, where he leads key initiatives across the capital markets platform. 

Before joining the Americas Capital Markets leadership team, Chris was a partner on a top-producing agency debt team. He has placed capital across a wide range of lender types, partnered closely with investment sales professionals, and built deep expertise underwriting, processing, and closing both debt and sales assignments. He has also served on councils and committees focused on advancing capital markets platforms through implementation of new technology and operational efficiencies. 

Chris was a dual employee of the Cushman & Wakefield and Greystone joint venture from 2022 to 2026, focusing on agency debt execution. Before that, he spent four years on CBRE's agency lending team from 2018 to 2022 and began his career at a boutique mortgage banking firm in Denver.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and is an avid golfer.
