Chris Copenhaver is member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial Services group and a co-lead for Cushman & Wakefield’s Food & Beverage Practice Group, specializing in representing owners and occupiers of food related real estate. Mr. Copenhaver leverages Cushman & Wakefield’s real estate services platform to execute client requirements throughout the United States. Throughout his career, Mr. Copenhaver has focused on technical and complex requirements throughout the US in major and all secondary markets. He is experienced in working in a vast number of industrial industries such as: food & beverage; bulk automated distribution; electronics, plastics and pharmaceutical production; corporate regional administrative and headquarters operations.
