 Chris Geggatt, MAI, MRICS, joined Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. in March 2011. Mr. Geggatt has over fifteen years of experience in the commercial real estate valuation and banking industries. During his career, Mr. Geggatt’s responsibilities have included appraisal and consulting assignments located throughout the United States. These assignments include the appraisal of varying interests in residential subdivisions, master-planned communities, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial facilities, apartments, net-leased / ground-leased properties, day care centers, schools, parking garages, automotive facilities, hotels, mixed-use properties, car washes, stadiums, gasoline
station/convenience stores and special-use properties.


Since 2011, Mr. Geggatt has led the valuation service efforts for assignments in Texas involving mixed use land tracts, recreational properties, master-planned communities and traditional subdivisions. Mr.Geggatt also has extensive experience in the valuation of infrastructure cost reimbursement mechanisms, including the valuation of receivables from Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs), Water Control and Improvement Districts (WCID), Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones (TIRZ) and various other development cost reimbursement vehicles.

 

  • Designated Member, Appraisal Institute (MAI #542841). As of the current date, Chris Geggatt, MAI has completed the requirements of the continuing education program of the Appraisal Institute.
