I have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a Quantitative Studies Pathway from Marist College. In my current role, I manage a 9-member team responsible for a portfolio of 30+ multi-million-dollar projects across the NYC Boroughs. I create and manage deal tracking workbooks, negotiate business terms and conditions, and produce various documents such as term sheets, RFPs, LOIs, and market reports. I work with clients, attorneys, and brokers to ensure smooth and successful transactions. I am passionate about delivering results-driven solutions that align with the client's objectives and the company's vision.
