About

Mr. Lassiter joined the Nashville office of Cushman & Wakefield in 2026 as Executive Director – Tennessee Lead. His current responsibilities include the production of appraisal reports throughout the Southeast region with primary focus on the Tennessee market area, serving as a member of the Living Sectors specialty practice group. Chris has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal and analytics, covering a wide variety of property types including institutional retail, office, industrial and multifamily, as well as mixed-use land developments, market/feasibility analysis and tax appeal consulting. Outside of conventional appraisal production, Chris has provided testimony as an expert witness in multiple trials, and has completed several eminent domain projects.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chris was a Senior Director with Apprise by Walker & Dunlop where he specialized in multifamily appraisal production across the Southeast since September 2022. Before Apprise, Mr. Lassiter was a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield in Nashville where he co-led appraisal production throughout Tennessee from 2007 to 2022, serving as a member of the Retail, Office, Multifamily and Auto Dealership specialty practice groups. Prior to 2007, Chris was an analyst with CBRE | Melody in Memphis, TN from August 2005 to July 2007. His responsibilities there included underwriting commercial loan opportunities across the country and working with various lending institutions to procure financing. From April 2003 to August 2005, he worked with Integra Realty Resources in Memphis, TN as a commercial appraiser. He was employed by Charles M. Smith & Associates, Knoxville, TN, as a commercial appraiser from June 2000 to April 2003.
