Christopher Passeggiata is a Senior Director within Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality Capital Markets Group. He focuses on institutional hospitality sales, private capital hotel sales, hotel to multifamily conversion sales, and land development sales throughout the Southeast. Christopher has a proven track record for successfully participating in the sale, marketing, and consulting of over 150 hospitality investment properties.

Previously, Christopher was a Senior Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap, leading their hospitality division. During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Christopher distinguished himself as the top hotel agent, earning accolades such as Rookie of the Year, Number 1 Agent Under 36 Months, the Sales Recognition Award, and the National Achievement Award. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University and an MBA in Business Management from the University of North Florida.
