Chris Strain is a Vice Chairman located in C&W’s Sacramento, CA office.  Chris is a 35-year veteran who began his commercial real estate career in 1987 with Cushman Realty Corporation in Los Angeles, California.  In 1994, he relocated to Northern California and opened Cushman & Wakefield’s Sacramento office in 2007. He exclusively represents tenants in the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned real estate, with private and public sector clients including UC Davis, Sierra Nevada Corporation and Sierra Space Corporation. Chris’ work takes him to over 30 markets in 16 states. He most recently negotiated new and renewal leases in administrative offices (280,000 SF Rancho Cordova), medical offices (400,000 SF Sacramento area), space engineering and rocket/shuttle manufacturing (600,000 SF Denver metro area), a rocket launch facility (Kennedy Space Center), the corporate consolidation of DOD contractor (400,000 SF Centennial CO), and a large airplane hangar for DOD (100,000 SF Dayton OH).
