As Executive Managing Director, Chris Taylor has senior-level responsibility for delivering leasing and marketing services to Cushman & Wakefield clients. He plays an active role in the day-to-day leasing and value-creation process and in developing and implementing marketing and leasing strategies for clients’ assets in the Dallas area. Throughout his career, Chris has developed a unique skill set and successful track record with significant or challenged leasing assignments, which ensure his clients’ properties are positioned to outperform the competition. Chris is also a key leader and contributor to the Cushman & Wakefield new business efforts in Dallas and throughout Texas.

A recognized leader in the Dallas commercial real estate market, Chris has created highly successful leasing programs for more than 120 commercial office properties. He has been actively involved in North Texas commercial real estate for more than 30 years, and has closed more than 17 million square feet of transactions on behalf of institutional and entrepreneurial clients across the United States and internationally. Chris has earned many accolades during his career, including earning the top producer ranking at Cushman & Wakefield (and its predecessor companies) for the Office Project Leasing Group 16 of the last 21 years. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chris was a founding Principal for Texas-based CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.

Prior to that he served as a Senior Vice President-DFW Leasing for Jones Lang LaSalle, a leasing professional for Trammell Crow Co., and in the audit division of Arthur Young & Co.
