Christa DiLalo is the Director of Atlanta Research, responsible for tracking and analyzing the Metro Atlanta CBD and suburban office market totaling 145 msf and industrial market totaling 620 msf.
She drives strategy, oversees the development of Atlanta research professionals, and conducts primary research and data-driven analysis to generate quarterly statistics, write market reports, and provide insight into industry-wide and market-specific occupancy trends.
She also operates as a leader on the Research Advisory Board for the Industry & Specialty Advisory Groups (ISAG) with a focus on the legal and life sciences sectors.
Ms. DiLalo joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 and prior to her current role in Atlanta, served as the Associate Director of Research in New Jersey. She was awarded the 2018 Tri-State Research Professional of the Year and the 2013 C&W of New Jersey Community Award. She is an active member of the Women’s Integrated Network.
Ms. DiLalo received her Master of Public Policy and Master of City and Regional Planning degrees from The Bloustein School at Rutgers University. She is actively involved with Habitat For Humanity, having served a three-year term on the Board of Directors for HFH of Middlesex County and running week-long Collegiate Challenge service trips for high school students to Raleigh, North Carolina each summer.
