Christian has been a part of the Cushman & Wakefield team since 2006 and currently serves as the Asset Services City Leader for Ohio, leading a team of over 150 office and field employees managing office, medical office, industrial and retail properties throughout the region. Christian is responsible for the total Asset Services business unit performance throughout these markets, focusing on client relationship management, financial performance, business development, and team development and talent acquisition. Prior to his current position, Christian served in a variety of property management roles, including strategic account management of the Mercy Health account and also as General Manager of Real Estate for US Bank.

In his 20 years in the industry, Christian has gained experience with all asset classes and types and has worked with a variety of institutional, corporate, and private investors. This broad experience helps our local Cushman and Wakefield Asset Services team curate unique client experiences that are catered to their specific needs and strategic vision for their investment cycle.
