Christine Rhoades is a Property Administrator with Cushman & Wakefield’s Property Management Team of General Manager Jill Bengston and Assistant Property Manager Tresa Rascon, managing Nearon Enterprises’ office portfolio in Utah. Christine began with Cushman & Wakefield on South Temple Tower, then transitioned over to the Nearon portfolio.

Christine is one of the primary points of contact for the Nearon Office Portfolio. Her duties include managing invoices for the clients, planning tenant events, handling communication with tenants, overseeing COI and Contract specifications, and ensuring client concerns and needs are addressed.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, Christine was the manager of several storage facilities at Extra Space Storage.
