Chris Butera joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 as a member of the Industrial Brokerage Group. Based in Philadelphia, in his role as Director, Mr. Butera focuses his time representing both Tenants and Landlords in the Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey markets. Key clients of Mr. Butera include ASB Real Estate Investments, Cabot Properties, DH Property Holdings, Endurance Real Estate Group, Logistics Property Company, Lovett Industrial, Prologis, STAG Industrial, WPT Capital, and others. Driven by his extensive market knowledge and strong relationship skills, Mr. Butera provides first-class real estate solutions to his clients.

Since his start in the industry in 2019, Mr. Butera has been involved in over 16MSF of transactions in the greater Philadelphia MSA. Notable transactions include the 741,000 SF Continental Tire renewal on behalf of Link Logistics in Quakertown, PA; the 384,000 SF renewal of Home Depot in Levittown, PA; the new 350,000 SF Barry Callebaut lease on behalf of WPT Capital in Eddystone, PA; the new 331,000 SF lease for Target in King of Prussia, PA , the new 264,000 SF lease for Interstate Batteries in Quakertown, PA, as well as the new 176,000 SF lease with Accupac, on behalf of Endurance Real Estate Group in Souderton, PA.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chris graduated from The College of Business at Lehigh University with a degree in Economics.
