His experience blends ownership perspective with brokerage expertise—giving clients strategic insight into market dynamics, cost drivers, and risk. Known for his data-driven approach and creative problem-solving, Chris has completed more than 500 transactions totaling over $2 billion in value. He advises clients on market positioning, lease structuring, and capital planning—helping them capture opportunities, reduce friction in negotiations, and realize measurable results.
