Christopher T. Moyer is an Executive Managing Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) group. A senior leader within a dedicated 20-member team, Chris provides specialized advisory and execution across the full capital stack for all institutional deal sizes. His practice is anchored in major asset classes and high-barrier niche sectors, including data centers, sports and entertainment finance, and self-storage.

Chris serves as a vital strategic partner for mixed-use developments, navigating projects from pre-development through the orchestration of permanent capital stacks. By bridging the gap between traditional domestic funding and bespoke or foreign capital, he consistently identifies best-in-class execution for complex mandates.

A recognized thought leader, Chris publishes the industry’s monthly commercial real estate interest rate matrix and is a guest lecturer at NYU’s Stern School of Business. He also serves as the Treasurer for a Greenwich Village residential condominium board. Chris is an avid traveler with a focus on remote global landscapes and an interest in wellness and high-end horology.
