Claire Paulson has been an active member of the Chicago Office and Industrial Real Estate Market since 1985. Ms. Paulson specializes in transaction management for clients in C&W’s Central US Region.

Ms. Paulson has represented key corporate clients as Transaction Manager in transactions exceeding 23 million square feet with United Stationers (Azerty, ORS/Nasco/OKI, LagasseSweet), VWR International, Smurfit Stone and Kraft. Ms. Paulson has been involved with the disposition of over 3,730,000 square feet of office/distribution facilities resulting in proceeds of $54 million. In addition, she has been involved in over 14 site selections for new distribution/manufacturing plants across the United States which resulted in the leasing of either a build-to-suit or an existing facility in excess of 4.1 million square feet.

In 2010, Claire was recognized by Real Estate Forum as one of 53 women nationally who play a significant role in the industry. Claire has consistently been in the top 10 percent of professionals nationally, and has been a consistent collaborator and sharing of best practices within her company and clients.
